It's my birthday today...Gemini season, baby!

I only have 2 wishes on this day: 1) MOVE. Move on what's on your heart. Move on what moves you. And 2) GIVE. If you're already moving and successful, I wish that you give and serve those around you. If we create a society of givers and uplifters, we all rise – we all win. There's enough to go around – trust me!

On June 1, I highly reduced my workload with one of my biggest clients. This is a client I have grown tremendously with and have a great relationship with.

But I wanted to focus more on building my brand & business, plus finding new opportunities. I didn't tell many people about this transition in my life and I was somewhat expecting June to be slow... IT'S BEEN INSANE.

I've had great opportunities & potential clients popping up left and right – but I haven't solicited any of it. It's all come to me.

How? Because I've operated with integrity at every interaction of my professional career and now I'm attracting those kinds of people and opportunities back into my life.

Integrity is the key trait I've operated with and it's currently blossoming every day.

Questions for you as you listen to this: What would people who know you say about you? What are you drawing into your life?

I went in for a car wash this weekend ... pretty much paid $20 for them to hose my car down.

I was more sad for the people who did a poor job on my car.

My 2nd job was as a car wash attendant in Las Vegas. I know how exhausting the grind is. But I busted my ass on every car because I knew I was destined for more.

I knew those work habits would extend into what I would be doing in the future.

Too many of us out there waiting for a better job or higher title before we give something our best.

Stop waiting to get more responsibility, more money, more compensation to do what you do to the best of your ability.

When you take on everything with a high-level of detail and attention, that attracts greater opportunities and growth toward you.

A lot of us are doing extracurricular things to try to reach new levels in our business, education, athleticism, health, relationships, career and life. But at some point, when you're faced with competition in your field, you'll hit a point where there are people who are better than you. You'll suck compared to them. You have 2 options at this point: COMPLAIN or COMPETE.

How many of us are cutting our goals short - not because it's not happening but because it's not happening as fast as we want it to?

Once you can accept that IT'S GOING TO TAKE LONGER THAN YOU THINK, you remove the pressure from yourself to try to make it happen ASAP or prove yourself to people. The pressure is gone & you can finally do you.
