Joyce Odidison is a Conflict Analyst, Strategist, Speaker, Author and Coach, who has done extensive work, research and writing on Interpersonal Wellness for life success. She is president and owner of Interpersonal Wellness Services Inc and has been a consultant for the past 15 years.

She is the author of books: Getting Ready for Mediation and of Interpersonal Wellness System – A Coaching Tool Kit. She is the developer of the Interpersonal Wellness System model, the Interpersonal Wellness Coach program and the designer of the Interpersonal Wellness Quotient (IWQ) assessment instrument.

Joyce is a mentor coach and trainer through her Interpersonal Wellness Practitioner course. Joyce brings a diverse perspective to her work, as a former instructor of both Conflict Management and Sociology at the university and college levels. She is a trained mediator and holds a Masters degree in Conflict Analysis and Management. She is also a certified PCC coach with the International Coach Federation.
