A few years back... I was wildly blessed to work with a national organization who was training up nurses to use coaching strategies.  We introduced a two-question sequence that made a HUGE difference in doctor's offices and hospitals... If you're a Life Coach, Speaker and/or Content Creator and you're wanting to design a business you love... it's important to ask: "What does your IDEAL year look like?"   It's sad but true but a lot of "Encouragers" leave their bad-fit job in order to create a business they love.  BUT without proper planning... they can often create a nightmare for themselves... accidentally.  That's why I LOVE to ask this question in the VISIONING phase when I'm helping new and established Encouragers.  It's powerful.  So... Okay... I get pretty fired up for this one!  Yup... this one is FRESH!!!

Because I know... as a life coach... a business coach... a speaker... a trainer... a content creator... there are literally THOUSANDS of things you COULD do to grow your business.  THOUSANDS!!!  But with this episode... I'm going to try to convince you to do ONE THING.

Okay... let's admit it... it's easy to chase "likes" on social media.  BUT a conversation in my mastermind for life coaches and keynote speakers reminded me that they is a MUCH better way!  It's more sustainable... more impactful and a LOT more fun!
