Okay... let's admit it... it's easy to chase "likes" on social media.  BUT a conversation in my mastermind for life coaches and keynote speakers reminded me that they is a MUCH better way!  It's more sustainable... more impactful and a LOT more fun!

Do you ever wrestle with picking the RIGHT "Ideal Client Profile?"  You know... everyone has told you that you HAVE to know the person you do your best work with... so that you can promote your coaching and speaking to THAT person.  Because... you know the timeless truth, "If you try to market yourself to EVERYONE... you wind up marketing to no one!"  But then... if you're like a lot of people... you start to get stuck in what we call... "The Ideal Client Conundrum" when you wrestle and wrestle and wrestle with which Ideal Client Profile to choose.  Well... here's a slightly different approach to help!  Plus... you'll notice... if you walk out this approach... it's going to bring you a LOT of FREEDOM as it also moves you towards being the WELL-PAID Encourager you deserve to be!

When I was first getting started as a life coach and a speaker... I was doing it alongside working full time as a pharmaceutical rep.  My friends didn't understand what I was doing and... honestly... it was making them VERY uncomfortable.  And... they let me know it!  They didn't think what I was doing was smart.  Some even called me crazy!  But then. mentor gave me a key piece of advice that changed everything!  I started to do it and it made a huge difference!

I also recently offered this same piece of advice to one of my own coaching clients as her business is thriving and it really encouraged her.  SO... I wanted to offer it to you too!

The irony of all of it... is some of my "friends" in the pharma world thought I was crazy to leave such a "safe" job... but looking back... I'm wildly blessed to say that I've had months where I've been able to make what I used to make in a year!  So... who's the "crazy" one???  Right?

It can be the simple things that keep us from getting paid well as coaches, speakers and content creators.  Often it those small details that can TOTALLY be in your blind spot... that are you holding you back from being the Well-Paid Encourager that YOU deserve to be!  Here's a strategy that I offered a coach and it would up causing a HUGE SHIFT... even though the task itself only took about 15 minutes!  Listen in to hear the strategy and the story!

Have you ever felt what phycologists call "Imposter Syndrome?" 

You're taking things the next level.  You're launching your coaching website.  You're getting ready to take the stage.  You're 

It's THAT feeling... the one that usually comes along with whispers of "Who are YOU to do this?" Or... "What if they figure out you don't know what you're doing?"

Yup... THAT feeling.  Many call it the "Imposter Syndrome" but I suggest that we start calling it something else.  

I suggest we call it the "Winner's Syndrome."
