"How do you say middle name in Spanish?
Well, it's complicated. I would say it doesn't have a translation because in Spanish, middle name doesn't really exist. What many people have are two names.
But the main issue with Hispanic names in the United States is the two last names.
I am Ana Gonzalez Tobar, but many times I appear as Ana Tobar, Ana Gonzaleztobar, Ana Gonzalez, Ana G. Tobar, Ana Gonzalez-Tobar. Why?
