Today on the show I have Lacy Nicole (@lacyoc) joining me! We have a number of mutual friends but we actually have never met and had a chance to get to know each other. I wanted to talk to her because she has such depth of experiences as it relates to her personal health journey, she is a child trauma expert, and kidnapping survivor. Her story and journey are absolutely incredible. In addition she is also about to have her first baby, which we talk a lot about. She will also be releasing her first book this year and check out her podcast, Shame to Sparkle.
