Growing up everywhere blessed me! (13 schools in 4 different states, and 3 different coastlines by the time I was 11.) How it blessed me was through all of my crazy different experiences. ~ I lived on farms, in cabins, in cities, on beaches, in cars, in apartments, in mansions with house keepers and bodyguards. I was a janitor, burger flipper, door to door salesman to being a licensed cosmetologist, ordained minister, regional president, small business owner and board member. I’m a mother of 4, on my second marriage, I have no sisters, 2 brothers and I’m the middle child. My favorite color is rainbow.

I have not uploaded to Anchor in a while and I want to make sure I gave a quick hello. An overview as to what’s to come and remind her of where we’re at.

This episode is really all about reminding you that things will always change. And it’s good to take an assessment of everything around you to see if it is still serving you. If at the time were you assess that it is no longer serving you see used to do that action any longer. You need to be mindful of the things that help you get closer to the person you want to come. I was blindsided by your original message because at the time I hadn't heard of anything. It has now come to my attention that there have been lies being spread by a particular individual. I’m addressing this and adjusting my relationships promptly. I do want to continue to be an ally for our valley. You and I are both "big players" in this community and I by no means would ever want to say or do anything that would offend you or would make you want to dim your light.

I ran across this really cute little list of 8 notes to yourself. And I wanted to share it with you. It made me laugh and it was a really funny reminder we are not so different. Funny things about ourselves that we share with one another can help us connect.

Today we are suffering from so many levels of fatigue that it’s crazy. This episode talks about five different levels of fatigue a.k.a. types of fatigue that no one really discusses. Let’s talk about it today.
