So... today is the day Let's talk! Episode Nr. 3 is supposed to come out, but instead of being an interview with somebody, it's actually a conversation with myself about how we talk to ourselves. I am and have been learning a lot about this from wonderful mentors such as Helen Grain and Brene Brown (her podcast "Unblocking Us" is amazing and so are her books!) and I wanted to share my experience with you. I know it's a little bit different than what you are used to, but know that it comes from the heart!
