  • Ep 11: 22 things I have learnt in the last year since turning 22.

In today's podcast of ''Be the girl who decided to go get it'' , I finally built up the courage to create my first ever solo podcast. Ironically, I did not plan to even do this podcast anytime soon, I kept pushing it off. However, Happy Monday and I really hope this podcast helps kick start a new week for you all!

In this episode, I discuss 22 things I have learnt in the last year since I turned 22 and how I am now a completely different woman today than I was last May when I turned 22. I talk about how you should love yourself and be your own priority because ultimately YOU ARE THE MAIN CHARACTER OF YOUR STORY / JOURNEY! This is your life, not anyone else's. I delved into all things surrounding; Limiting beliefs, Self love, Emotions, Mistakes, Fear, Stepping out of your comfort zone, how we should all live in the present day as it is all we ever have, how we should be our own hype girl / guy and our own number one fan, things always happen for reasons regardless if they are good or bad and ultimately how YOU NEED TO STOP SLEEPING ON YOUR POTENTIAL!

I am so glad I built up the courage to get out of my own way and throw my limiting beliefs in the bin of not being good enough to create a solo podcast episode. Now, you need to GET OUT OF YOUR OWN WAY & START TODAY. Not next week, next month, next year. NOW! So, go out there and grab your life with both hands and make it the best god damn story ever.

Books mentioned: Confidence feels like shit by Erika Cramer and Awaken the Giant by Tony Robbins. (These books changed my life, my perspective and my ultimate existence.)

  • Ep.6: All things fitness turning into life controversies with Jay Farrell.

In this episode, both Jay and I discuss all things associated with business opportunities, the fitness industry, mindsets, judgements and then the episode takes a turn onto societal debates. From women texting men first or men using horrendous chat up lines to try win over a girl to would you prejudge someone based on their body count?

I truly feel like we don't have to take life so seriously and we should live our life's exactly how we please. Like generally, who bloody cares if you have slept with two people or two hundred people? It isn't anyone else's business except your own. (That is just my personal outlook on it.)

Thank you to Jay for taking the time to do this podcast episode with me, it was an absolute pleasure and such a laugh. You can find Jay on Instagram under ''Jayfarrell365.''
