As Ireland’s population and economy grow, the demands on its transport infrastructure are increasing. Ireland’s National Development Plan 2030 outlines ambitious goals to upgrade Ireland’s road, rail, and public transport networks while addressing the dual challenges of increasing mobility needs and reducing carbon emissions.
