Grit is the ability to trust that everything will pay off + that you are able to forgo current discomfort for a larger reward.
To me, grit is the ability to utterly believe your affirmations to the as true as you know + trust that the sky is blue.
It’s when faith must kick in.
It’s god damn stubbornness to accept anything less that what you mother fucking know you deserve.
To me, I have an expectation for my life + if a goal isn’t met by a particular date that doesn’t mean it’s not coming, that just means it hasn’t come yet.
But you better fucking believe that it will.
It feels like merely a simple fact.
There isn’t much drama behind that.
It’s pretty much a neutral statement.
Because think about it, if you knew that whatever the fuck you wanted was 100% on it’s way, wouldn’t you make the decision to tolerate current discomfort if you 100% knew you were getting every affirmation you wrote?
My podcast, my affirmation, “I have one of the fastest growing podcasts in the world.”
I proceed with the belief that it is.
I’m taking aligned action know that is the case.
I’m putting important things in place because I 100% know that is the case.
Now what if you decided that you were going to lose weight.
What if you believed without any uncertainty whatsoever that you would reach your goal?
