Ever wish you could just sit down and chat with a doctor for a whole hour and half instead of 10 minutes? Well, that's how cool this episode is for me. And not only was it cool to get some answers, but Dr. Nick (@TheFittestDoc on Instagram) also happens to be a training junkie as well. So the answers you get and the tangents he goes off on are exactly the same ones you are thinking in that moment. 

It's so rare to get a Doctor who's so relatable, fit, and doesn't have answer to anyone but himself. As an online doctor (@steadyMD) he essentially represents his own brand and therefore gets to be true to his original core values.
