I met Dr. L in Lake Tahoe at a podcast event and a few simple questions turned into an exchange of life stories. I actually didn't even know, at the time, that she was a clinical psychologist and that my story was more than just a fun quick listen... Rather she was examining it on a whole new level that we finally go to talk about together on this show. Throughout the episode we touch on just about every section of my life and even dive into a few personal questions as well. The majority of the questions try to pull out my "why" for everything I do and how small things earlier in our lives can have such profound affects later in life.

What's up with me lately!?

Well, I have been busting my butt on a few new programs for the Chalk Performance Training App. If you are not currently a member, I highly recommend checking it out. I have been creating programs for over 15 years and this app is a culmination of all my favorite techniques narrowed down into 5 daily programs. However, my favorite new program is the full body aesthetics program on the app. Instead of traditional muscle splits, we do every muscle group every day in a much lower volume format with constantly varied accessory movements (There is a progressive strength focus each day). If you're currently in a training plateau, this will for sure break you out of it! Absolute game changer in terms of getting excited to go to the gym again!
