Paulette is a certified Holy Yoga instructor and one of the leaders behind XO Fitness. She was born and raised in California. Chris was a military brat moved around in and went to the University of Maryland a Naval officer flew jets in the Navy and has worked at Nike & Jordan brand.
Together they have 5 children and 9 grandchildren and enjoy traveling together!
They both have a passion to help couples grow in fitness and in marriage.
