Kicking things off with a bang (and a little baby talk), my friend Janie Johnson Finlay joins me for the very first episode of Dirt Diaries!

After catching up about our latest bachelorette party adventure, we dive into the big news: Janie’s now a mom! She and husband Jake Finlay welcomed daughter Olivia in January. Janie talks all about motherhood, filming the last season of RanchHER while pregnant, being about ready to pop while reporting at the 2024 NFR, and how Livy has changed their lives — in the best and wildest ways.

We also cover how she’s handled slowing down on the family ranch in Canyon, Texas, swap some funny stories about her Aussie bronc rider hubby, and Janie gets real about what it’s like filming a show like RanchHER. She shares her favorite moments (and toughest challenges) from Season 2, as well as why she decided to step away—trusting me to take back the reins.
