Look good, Feel good, Ride good.

That statement is my mantra! I did a barrel racing clinic with Sharon Camarillo when I was 16 years old, and that was one of the first things she said. I held on to it. I don't think of that statement as meaning that if you literally look good, you will be a better rider. I like to think of it more like if you  feel confident, it will show! And in turn, you will be more confident in your abilities and be the best rider you can be!

Patty and I discuss how we feel our best. Whether that is cosmetic procedures, ways we prep to show, what we wear, etc. She has won MULTIPLE Congress Championships and been Top 10 at the World Show numerous times...shes a powerhouse and funny AF. You will definitely enjoy the candid conversation and a look into a super successful horse girls way of managing her confidence.

This ended up turning into a therapy session for me and she seriously helped me overcome some of my show ring anxieties....I hope it does the same for you!
