The Art of Happiness & The Spiritual Dimension

Some years ago, in a time of seeking for happiness, a friend gave me a copy of The Art of Happiness, co-written by HH Dalai Lama and Howard C Cutler (1998).

The book is a delight, with more than a few challenges along with beautiful words of affirmation and encouragement.

In this episode I share a beautiful piece from near the end of the book, in which the Dalai Lama explains the important connection between the possession of a spiritual dimension to our lives, and the experience of true happiness.
