This week we welcome back our Naval correspondent, comedian Andrea Bryant to discuss Napoleon's Naval Nemesis, the most well regarded member of Her Majesty's Royal Navy historically, Lord Admiral Horatio Nelson. We had one simple question in mind: was he more based than Lord Cochrane? After nearly two hours debate on the subject we arrive at a dubious answer for you to ponder. Nelson was surely an honorable man whose main concern was glory in the eyes of history, yet the propagandists of the trade of history writing have oft used him to promote blind support for imperial military adventurism.
