Many people wonder why they are so tired and worn out, and never stop to consider how they should take care of their bodies and minds, which are temples God has given us. 

Jon Brown is a pastor at Journey Church, and a sought after health coach, as well as my older brother! He has been sharing wisdom with me, and encouraging me in my faith my whole life.
