One of the most universal struggles is that of finding out who you are and embracing yourself, flaws and all. Today I share about my own ‘brutal’ process to accept myself.

This discovery process is done amidst the backdrop of life, which constantly shifts and presents rude or even cruel surprises. We’ve all been wounded. And the extent to which that has assaulted the formation of who we see ourselves to be, it can be crippling.

If that is your story, it can take a lot of work to overcome all those toxic messages and the ways you have learned to be in order to make it through life. The happy truth is that when you’ve done and continue to do the hard work of uncovering who you are amidst the shifting sands of life, it is effortless to present as the authentic you. Most of us are afraid to do so, but this is where your greatest and most life-fulfilling contribution will seamlessly flow. Join me as I unpack this liberating message!
