Cari shares how she went from bedridden from Lyme disease to thriving energy medicine practitioner. We talk about Cari's journey with psychiatric medication, withdrawal from psychiatric medication, major depression and top resources Cari found for mental health support. We discuss how to remove trapped emotions, and the "masterpiece combo" that Cari uses to move through big negative patterns or stuck energies.
