Becky and Tiffany sit down with Katy as she shares her journey of healing. Katy talks about having a solid foundation of faith from her parents. She talks about learning of her fiancé's pornography problem during their engagement but thinking it was in the past. As the stress of finances and family began to affect her husband's physical and mental health, Katy shares that she was repeatedly gaslighted, emotionally abused, religiously abused, and even left alone during a medical procedure while she mourned the loss of a pregnancy. As her husband spiraled and told her "get a lawyer," Katy continued to lean on the Lord and His guidance. After guidance from her bishop, she leaned on her faith in the Lord and reached out to her husband one last time. Through faith, hard work, and learning, Katy and her husband slowly reconciled and have worked to continue to find healing. She wants to share many resources, so people don't have to be on their "last resort" before they find help. Katy shares how she learned about the Ultimate Grace offered through Christ and how betrayal trauma has been the miracle that saved her.
