Don Webb (born April 30, 1960) is an American science fiction and mystery writer, as well as an author of several books on Left Hand Path occult philosophy. He is also a former High Priest of the Temple of Set. We sat down to discuss the nature of magic, initiation, and lots more—including his newest book, How to Become a Modern Magus, where he lays out a detailed step-by-step program for building and sustaining a magical practice, based not on the Tree of Life but on an older form of Egyptian magic, as well as drawing on Chaos Magic, shamanism, and the secret techniques of the Temple of Set.
