This is the first of a 3 part series discussing the role food has on fibromyalgia. Food choices have probably the most powerful impact on your overall health but are probably the most overlooked. In the three-part series, I will look at 3 studies showing a positive impact of food on fibromyalgia. I will look at why they likely work, obstacles to implementation, and pathways to getting through them.
