It's true that it can feel scary when you are first creating and launching your online program. Sometimes we even step back and wonder if it's worth the work to build the course and to learn about doing this new thing, because it feels challenging and we're not even sure if we even want to go through all of that! There's no one way or formula to create your online program and there will definitely be tweaks and changes as you create, launch and test it. You just need to create it, work with real people and understand what they need from it – and you'll figure it out, just as Martha did.
