We go through many stages in our grieving process. It can feel very overwhelming. We will talk about tips and some strategy to help you navigate this storm.

Yet grieving the loss of a partner is unique in divorce, because the partner is still here. And if you share children, you will likely see them frequently.  So, it can be complex and have it’s own timelines.
