John Lazenby is one of those people that has been around the scene since the early 60s. His love and passion for Volkswagens still continues to this day. As one of the founding members of Der Kliner Panzers Volkswagen club, he gives us some insight to the early history of the club and how things came together. You may have heard of his club car named "Butternut". Having a passion for Volkswagens lead him to working in the automotive industry getting a job at Autohaus in 1971-1981 working there until just before they closed. In this podcast John recounts the history from back in the early days. His memory is impeccable with dates and people and places that critical things in the VW seen as it happened.
