At the time of recording, half of the world is on some form of lockdown, quarantine, shelter in place or self-isolation. As many of you listeners are new to quarantine life, Barbara, Silvia and I thought today we'd share what our daily routines are in quarantine. Italy now has been in lockdown for 21 days and the Uk is almost at a week.
