He speaks to what makes him an effective coach and director by instilling confidence, professionalism and knowledge in his students. He encourages talent agencies to have Youth Divisions to help casting directors have access to young talent when the project requires it. Tony discusses how his years working at Disney TV Animation have helped him develop an ear for hearing auditions that standout and making strong choices when interpreting copy. Tony talks about some of his clients and the journey they’ve have had, saying that some starting booking work right away and others took longer, but it was so worth the wait.
