Charlotte Jacobs is a professional show jumper who comes from a long line of equestrians. Since her successful career as a junior, especially in the equitation and junior jumpers, Charlotte continued living out her dream as a rider after her family encouraged her to follow her passion. Today, Charlotte continues to work out of her family's farm North Star Sport Horses. Listen in!
