Recently we forced Nora to give up her naps, which means I’ve lost 10 hours of work per week. So I went from a 25 hour work week, to a 15 hour work week. I am working less than I ever have, but my business is still growing. You can still hit your target, but you might have to do something different or learn a new skill. What got you here, won’t get you there. So how can you reach your target goal, while also cutting back on your work hours?

• Focusing on sales. Keeping the main thing, the main thing, knowing EXACTLY what gets me results. My main thing is email funnels.
• Planning ahead will help cut back your time. Spend time batching your work. Right now, I have a goal of having the podcast batched for 2023 by June 1. This will help me significantly with my time over the summer.
