Are you having trouble staying organized? You may have gone through the process of organizing, but it never seems to stay that way.
On today's episode of The Organized Coach Podcast, I dive into the heart of maintaining organization in your coaching business. I walk you through the five essential steps to getting organized, starting with sorting and purging - the decluttering steps, moving into assigning homes and setting limits - the organizing steps, and finally, the fifth critical step of maintaining the structure you’ve created.
I discuss how crucial it is to tie maintenance tasks to existing routines or tasks to make them more manageable. For example, you could clean your file drawer during tax season or refresh your closet when the seasons change.
I also discuss the benefits of setting up structured maintenance appointments and having an accountability partner to ensure consistency.
I aim to help you streamline tasks, reduce stress, and keep your business running smoothly.

Are you ever mad at your past self for not doing a better job organizing your business from the beginning?
It would have been so much easier if someone had given us the resources and knowledge we needed. But... we didn't know what we didn't know.
This week, I experienced this myself when making a list of my podcast guest appearances. They were not all in one place, so I "wasted" time trying to put this list together, annoyed that I hadn't done this from the beginning.
My experience inspired this episode. I thought of the things that I wish I had organized from the very beginning, and I thought of my clients and what they wish they had organized.
Let me tell you, getting organized takes a lot more work when you've accumulated all the stuff. So, if you are new to business, take notes. And if you've been in business for a while and are wishing you had started sooner, NOW is the time. Your future self will thank you immensely.
What do you wish you had organized from the start? Please message me on Instagram and let me know what yours are that I missed.
I share 10 critical elements I wish I had organized from the beginning of my coaching business. These elements include maintaining digital files, tracking podcast guest appearances, organizing funnel links, recording assets and freebies, and more.
I've packaged my solution to all of these in Organized Coach Academy where I help all coaches get their businesses and their assets organized. I break it down into simple modules and include monthly calls so you don't stay stuck.
Tune in to discover practical tips for creating a streamlined and efficient coaching business today!

Do you have ADHD? Do you lack executive function in areas of your life and business?
This episode will help you understand how ADHD presents itself and the obstacles it causes for both the coach and the client.
I have the honor of talking with Paula Engebretson, an ADHD coach and productivity expert, on this topic. We discuss:
Listen for the simple but compelling question that can help you and your clients understand why you're not doing what you want to do.
We close by inviting you to review your current content and identify ONE area where you could incorporate additional scaffolding. This could include...
What will you choose to do?

I read a statistic this week that people waste 2.5 hours a day searching for things they need to do the work they need to do. WHAT!!! That needs to stop.
In this episode of the Organized Coach Podcast, I share three key areas to organize in your coaching business for the most significant return on investment (ROI). These areas include organizing your digital files, setting up an efficient bookmarks bar, and creating a documented process for your marketing activities.
As you listen to the episode, choose only one task at a time to commit to organizing.
If you experience stress, overwhelm, or frustration because you are constantly looking for things, reinventing the wheel each time you take action, or lack efficiency, then listen in. Investing time to organize these three areas will save you so much time and create joy and peace as you work on your computer and in your business.
Join the Organized Coach Academy for personalized guidance and support to actually get this work executed. If you are ready to make more money in your business, apply here to join Organized to Profit.

In this episode, I'm introducing my 'Organize to Profit' small group (only 2-4 coaches) mastermind to my podcast listeners!
Learn more in the episode as you listen to Cynthia Coufal, who participated in the first mastermind round. She shares the program's transformative impact on her business and her confidence.
Cynthia, a teen anxiety coach, went from having one client when she joined the mastermind to twelve in only 6 months. She tripled her podcast downloads based on some changes I suggested. She created her workshop, identified and created her signature formula/intellectual property, streamlined her 1:1 coaching program and learned how to pitch it at the end of her workshop, created a valuable bonus that she now teaches at conferences, created an organized template for her client notes, and more!!
You can hear her confidence and excitement as she talks about her business. It's so exciting to know she is on her way to helping thousands of teens with anxiety.
I love the effectiveness of really small groups and am having so much fun helping coaches in this container. This small group allows for impactful coaching and very specific customization for your exact stage of business and goals. When I see inside your business, I can also offer organizational help that will save you time, create efficiency, and simplify your processes.
As you listen to Cynthia's results, consider the impact this mastermind could have on your business. Apply here.
