Sometime things just come together at the right time - we had Keith Lemcke, formerly of the Siebel Institute of Technology scheduled to come on for months, and days before we recorded, it was announced that the 157 year old brewing school was leaving Chicago and moving out of the country. Jacob Sembrano - no stranger to Siebel himself also joins in to give his thoughts.
