I truly believe there is greatness in all of us.  We just need to be reminded of this… sometimes over and over again.  Often, as we are seeking greatness there is that voice in our head or the voices of others, that says who are you to do this?  This is referred to as imposter syndrome.  The belief that you are really not good enough  and worse you are going to be found out as a fraud.  And you don’t really deserve your accomplishments as you  have just been lucky. We are going to review a couple of strategies to battle imposter syndrome.  You deserve success and are well equipped to do some amazing work.  Why not you?
