ATN. Say the name and you’ll get a strong response. Sometimes it’s a glowing review by a happy customer and other times it’s a foul language from an unhappy customer. For 40 episodes of The Late Night Vision Show, we mentioned almost nothing about ATN. Never a scope review, never a recommendation, we basically acted as if they didn’t exist and this puzzled many people and generated many questions from listeners. Today, we break our silence and offer a full discussion, explanation and our opinions on the company. We are speaking from our own first hand personal experiences, both as users and a long time NV and thermal dealer and also from what we hear daily from ATN customers that we speak to.
We want to be clear, these are our opinions and our opinions only. If you own an ATN product and love it, that’s great! We are not here to bash anyone else’s products, nor are we here to intentionally run ATN down. We want to see the customer service issues changed and if the company solves these problems we will absolutely reconsider our opinions. We want good, quality competition in this market. So listen up and if you have first hand experience, let us know if you agree or disagree.
