Jellisa Westney may be a sprinter whose career so far has included representing Team Canada in both her junior and senior years, but she is also a huge advocate and supporter of the road running community through her work as a manager of the Liberty Village Running Room. Jellisa talks about races, training, showing up and doing the work, and some of her great joys in working with road runners.
