+8 years of experience with a dedicated focus around the networking and security topics at the ICS level since the first day at Phoenix Contact. My day-to-day consists of a variety of tasks, such as creating security awareness at the Critical Infrastructure Sectors who need it most, at the same time collaborating with customers on how to secure industrial communications through unsecured networks. I also provide technical support to field sales and internal engineers to be able to reach the customers' expectations and satisfaction. Furthermore, analyze competition, understand market needs, and create advertising campaigns to differentiate features or enhancements for products that will allow us to keep being successful.
