Auburn concluded its overseas trip to Israel with a hard fought loss against Israel's national team in Tel Aviv. Washington Wizards forward Deni Avdija was the game's leading scorer and showcased his impressive skills, and the Israeli team made the most of a huge free throw advantage. The Tigers hung around until the last minute of the game, but didn't shoot well enough to come away with the win. Wendell Green led the team in scoring with 19 points, and Johni Broome had a very impressive showing with 18 points and 11 rebounds. We are already looking forward to the start of basketball season in a few months!
