Dr. Catherine is also co-author of the books, What No One Tells You: A Guide to Your Emotions from Pregnancy to Motherhood and The Nine Rooms of Happiness, and associate professor of psychiatry at New York Presbyterian Hospital and Weill Cornell Medicine.
