Charlotte Beswick is a Certified Reiki Master, Life Coach & Mindfulness Practitioner with attunements and certifications in different energy modalities, spiritual practices and somatic-trauma. Charlotte brings a wealth of knowledge, wisdom and experience. She has been a mentor and healer for over 7 years and started her own healing journey 14 years ago after battling an eating disorder, healing chronic pain and suffering from severe anxiety. She has overcome and healed childhood and adult trauma, depression and self-loathing, low confidence and that feeling of not being enough.

She heals and mentors from an intuitive, honest, real and authentic space to guide clients to have the life and relationships they love. Blending the ‘Woo’ from Spirit with the 3d Practical ‘Work’ Charlotte uses a variety of body, mind and energy techniques, calling on Spirits Guidance and her own Psychic Senses. Offering her clients guidance and mentorship, which teaches them to overcome their past, live fully in the now and love themselves from the inside out. She dedicates her time to helping people worldwide (online) and in-person in Perth, Australia for Healing Sessions, 1-1 Mentoring, Sister Circles and Events.
