Through her experiences, Shannon has dedicated her life to helping others connect with their intuition and find healing through various somatic therapies. Her work is deeply personal, driven by a desire to bring comfort to those struggling with grief and loss, and to show that life after loss is not only possible but can be profoundly transformative.

Shannon's approach to healing is holistic, incorporating breathwork, sound therapy, energy healing, and the powerful Aaruka Healing technique, which combines subconscious mind work, energy healing, and memory processing within the Theta brainwave state.
