It was a rough night offensively, but Auburn actually shot better than USF from the field, three point line, and free throw line - which speaks to the backbone of this team so far...their defense. The Tigers overcame a 9 point halftime deficit to move to 2-0 on the season. Wendell Green Jr led the way in scoring with 20 points, but Allen Flanigan was our MVP tonight. He came off the bench and scored 18 points, including three huge three pointers. Auburn returns to the court against Winthrop on November 15.
