In this special I got the chance to speak to Stephen Hamblin, the Executive Director of the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA). 

The AJGA run over 200 events for junior golfers all over America and Canada and have more than 7500 members.  

I talk to Stephen about his organisation, the players he has seen progress onto the PGA Tour, how the AJGA help combat slow play and also how to make the game more appealing to kids.
