You may remember our interview with Keith Bernard, CEO of CLEAR2O. Keith came on the show last year to talk about their DIRTGUARD sediment pre-filter. We were both so impressed by Keith and what he had to say about the DIRTGUARD that they each bought one. Keith returns today to talk about their new product, CLEAR2O Personal Water Filter. The Personal Water Filter will allow you to drink directly from open water sources, such as streams or lakes, by removing bacteria and parasites, preventing waterborne disease. The personal water filter is a two-stage water filtration system. The 1st stage will reduce bacteria at the 0.1 micron level. The 2nd Stage eliminates unpleasant taste and odors.

Keith also shares the process of making a product from an idea to getting it on the shelves. We discuss the impact of Covid-19 on changes the marketing tools they use to get the word out about new products. Keith believes that some of these changes will become permanent fixes in communicating with their customers.
