Today we're joined by James Jay (Jim) Carafano, Vice President for National Security & Foreign Policy at The Heritage Foundation, to discuss these mysterious UFOs that have seemed to puzzle the Pentagon over the past few weeks. We look at some of the theories of what's going on, from gross incompetence to intentional destruction of farmland.
