Greg Casey has a PhD in Applied Microbiology & Food Science from the University of Saskatchewan and worked for Anheuser-Busch (1987-1991), Red Star Yeast and Products (1991-1992), The Stroh Brewery Company (1992-1999) and Coors/Molson Coors/MillerCoors (1999-2013). Greg has written a series of books titled The Inspiring History and Legacies of American Lager Beer covering the history of lager beer in America.
