In the spirit of the Holidays and RV sales on the rise, we wanted to share our wish list of features we would like to have in a new RV if we were purchasing one today. We go through each section of an RV and Discuss what is most important to us in hopes that it will help you decide on the features you would like to have in your next RV.
Definitely, Some solar that is expandable. No less than 200-watt standard
3000-watt inverter or more to run AC and all other items at once
Minimum 30 amp charge controller
Easily upgraded wiring paths from roof to controller to batteries
Cell & Wifi boost prewire
50 amp service if in a large RV like 5th wheel or Toy hauler otherwise, 30amp will do
Black tank flush
Gravity fill
Large water capacity
Auto/power levelers
All hookups to be enclosed
Usable space when slides are in (Access to bathroom, kitchen, and bed)
Comfortable seating position to watch TV
Two A/C with heat pump
Workstation
A lot of USB and 12 Volt options throughout the entire space.
Ample counter space for food prep
Convection oven
Corian countertops
Low amp Compressor Fridge
Pantry
4 burner stove with propane oven
Full bath/large shower
Deep porcelain sinks
Extended faucet in the sink
Solid door to bedroom (great for when Sabrina is on night shift)
Wardrobe
Walk around bed with USB and power outlets on both sides
Pass through storage (With rolling trays)

Doors large enough to make getting things in and out
