This is the official podcast of Chalk Performance Training hosted by Ryan Fischer. Through this medium, we wanted to bring you a better insight into our operations and also find an outlet to discuss our thoughts and views on the fitness world and beyond.

In this first episode, we attempt to chronicle Ryan's life and how it led up to not only becoming successful in the Crossfit scene but also owning his own gym. It is a great view on how things started and quite possibly also great motivation for everyone out there with a dream of their own.
