Take the win

The importance of celebrating.

As humans, we’re wired to think the worst. It’s a survival mechanism that protects us from putting ourselves into dangerous situations.

Unfortunately, this mechanism is what prevents us from doing something that is incredibly important for our mental wellbeing and keeping us motivated to continue to grow and create. And that is celebrating our accomplishments.

What we do is we set a goal or aim to accomplish something. Like reaching a certain gross revenue, number of patients per week, learning something new. We achieve then we move on to the next thing.
