After March 1st, the CRTC is forcing television cable providers to offer consumers a "skinny basic" package capped at $25 or less. By the end of 2016, all specialty channels will be offered on a "pick and pay" basis. VMedia Executive George Burger discusses the shifting landscape of Canadian television - from the internet, to cable and beyond.
